Staff Nurse (RGN/RPN) – Full-time / Part-time

We’re seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to join our person-centred team. You’ll deliver high-quality clinical care, support resident independence, and help us maintain HIQA standards in a warm, homely setting.

Key duties

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.

Medication administration (eMAR), wound care, catheter care, falls prevention.

Lead and mentor HCAs; ensure accurate documentation and handovers.

Work collaboratively with GPs, therapists and families.

Promote infection prevention & control and resident safety.

NMBI registration (active PIN or Decision Letter).

6+ months post-reg experience (nursing home/older person care an advantage).

Good clinical judgement, communication, and IT/documentation skills.

Right to work in Ireland; Garda vetting & two references.
